Tokyo's most renowned collection of Western artworks, the National Museum of Western Art, has many works by famous names, from Rubens to Renoir, Van Gogh and Picasso. On Friday evenings the museum is open late, and from 5-9pm there's free entry to the permanent collection - so go along and admire artworks you won't see anywhere in Western Europe anymore.
